As an Integration Coach and Grief Counselor, I help individuals and couples to let go of expectations that hold them hostage. Does anger, anxiety or self-doubt keep you from living in the present and enjoying your life?
Navigate Life’s Curves with Mindful ResiliencePractical tools, mindful awareness, and compassionate support to help you cultivate clarity, steadiness, and emotional resilience in everyday life.
Finding Your Path Back to Yourself
Life doesn’t move in straight lines. Stress, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs are inevitable. Mindful resilience gives you the practices and strategies to navigate these curves with equanimity and insight. At the heart of this approach is self-compassion. By treating yourself with kindness and understanding, you create space to observe your emotions without judgment, develop clarity of thought, and respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically.

Working Together
We co-create a path that emphasizes:
• Recognizing automatic thought patterns and shifting perspective
• Building emotional resilience through mindful awareness
• Cultivating clarity, coherence, and thoughtful forward movement
• Developing practical tools for daily life and big transitions
The result is a greater ability to navigate challenges, foster self-compassion, and live with balance and stability.

Emotion as a Signpost
Emotions are not problems to fix; they are signs guiding us toward clarity and balance. When you learn to experience emotions fully, as felt nonverbal body sensations, they just feel different. You don’t need to analyze them in order to gain understanding. Simply allowing that felt state to exist as it is, helps soften the impact; leading to the natural integration of emotional responses.
Mindfulness is a cornerstone: cultivating awareness of thoughts and feelings strengthening resilience and giving you a grounded, steady presence in the midst of life’s challenges.

My Path Is To Be Of Service
I am an author, visual artist and a third generation counselor… My mother and grandmother had flourishing careers in psychology. It’s just how we were born. My whole life people told me things about themselves, just because they felt comfortable, heard and seen. I am calm, empathetic, and in tune with the subtle energy of those around me. I am told there is a gentile tide welling up inside of me, washing over those I’m with. Here, words fall short, however the stillness can be felt in a way that is unmistakable. Something happens in the space between that cannot be described, only experience can inform.
Together we can make a difference.
