  • As an Integration Coach and Grief Counselor, I help clients let go of expectations that hold them hostage. Does anger, anxiety or self-doubt keep you from living in the present and enjoying your life? 

     

    Emotions are a signpost, directing us toward clarity and motivating us to find the best road forward. I am a firm believer that emotions need not become baggage we struggle to compartmentalize. Redefining how we see our feelings is key to transforming our perspective, allowing us to harmonize our inner and outer life. 

     

    Working together, we will unlock the power behind emotion and find release from rumination, guilt, and unproductive emotional loops. Emotions and physical sensations are secret doors that, when opened, can give us deeper understanding of ourselves and others. My role is to help my clients recognize the benefits of difficult emotions and their power to help you lead a richer, more balanced way of seeing yourself and the world.

  • What Lurks Beneath Conscious Thought

    We are shaped by the past and automatically driven by what lurks below. In the name of safety, we make conclusions that don’t necessarily fit the present. We are designed to adapt to our environment, however change does not come easily; our mind unconsciously anticipates a repetition of the past. The brain wants to work as efficiently as possible, so details of the present situation are expeditiously skipped over. The more times this process happens, the more ingrained our expectations become.

    When we can slow down our thought process, it becomes possible to engage in self-reflection that honors what is truly happening in the present. Stop making decisions based on potentially misinformed expectations and discover more clarity. Together we will consider what triggers internal discomfort. Unlocking those roadblocks lead to growth, passion and joy.

  • Working Together

    We will develop tools to move more easily through emotional struggles. The bonus of this work is self-knowledge: by moving beyond automatic thinking, a stronger sense of compassion towards ourselves and others is possible. Self-compassion is a key to freedom. It allows us to be empathetic toward others rather than reactive to their emotional states.

     

    From this place we can see the overarching themes that shape who we are and create more potential to be who we want to be. 

    Learn to witness the feelings without getting caught up in them. By allowing difficult emotions to exist, we create space to consider the reason for their emergence. It is not necessary to understand the emotional experience in an analytical sense. Just by allowing them to exist, they accomplish a biological imperative to be expressed and become integrated. Emotions allowed to exist (without pushing them away), brings a greater ability to calmly inhabit your inner world and move through the outside world with more ease.  goes here

  • My Path Is To Be Of Service

    With a master’s degree in clinical psychology, I offer support in recognizing self-limiting beliefs that hold us back from being who we truly want to be. The journey is grounded in the recognition of our own innate healing ability. Further assisted by being a Reiki Practitioner and having a background in Polarity Therapy, my holistic approach takes into consideration the entire person, body mind and soul. I meet you where you are, holding the space to assist in creating the results you seek.
